Things To Do in Charlotte Over Spring Break

US National White Water Center


April 6: The White Water Center will be showing a film present by The North Face. The film is titled, “Reel Rock 12” and it follows the rock climbing stories of twelve people around the world. The film will begin at sunset around 7:50 p.m.

April 6-8: The White Water Center will be hosting the Slalom Trials for the US Team. The trials will begin each day at 9 a.m.

Cost: Free Admission & $6 Parking

Mint Museum

Where: Uptown (500 South Tryon Street) and East Charlotte (2730 Randolph Road)

Cost: Admission is free on Wednesday nights from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $15 all other times.

Additional Information: Parking is $5 after hours at “The Green” in uptown charlotte and parking is available onsite at the East Charlotte location.


Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

Cost: Admission is $8 + parking
